You are more than welcome. If you have any other questions and thoughts about the subject of startups that you want me to write a post about then just comment and I will consider it. It is much easier writing according to demand than according to my own whims:). It makes it so much more interesting to you guys I think.

Thank you, Chase. Yes, I agree. They took everything very serious on that forum. Sad, really. New thoughts are what propels the world and if we put those nutcase ideas in a jar then we will not evolve anymore. A lot of people think it's better to only preserve. I say, do preserve, by all means, but also evolve. Because nature clearly does and we need to keep up.

But once again, thank you and hope you will like my post tomorrow. It will touch a subject that every startup entrepreneur needs to deal with and master well. Stay tuned as they say;).

I wanted to thank you for your posts on the fastlane forums. I learned a lot from your way of thinking.

They took things way too seriously. They also posted a lot of pages about you that weren't "proven". You can't believe something just because it's posted on the internet.

Regardless conman or not, doesn't matter, your information was appreciated.

Thank you Robert. Well ,yes:). The problem I have when writing this blog is the fact that I am very much an "inspired writer", meaning I usually write only when I have something worth saying.

But I also understand that I need to write more often than I currently do in order to make this blog something worth reading and following.

My plan now is to write at least one new quality post every week.

I will post on Saturdays due to me posting this post last Saturday. So please step by this blog every Saturday from now on and bring with you some friends if you want. And also send me comments, I love discussing with intelligent guys like yourself. It makes it so much more rewarding doing this blog:).

Also, don't be shy to propose subjects for me to cover. I write this blog for you guys.

I hope the fact that you were banned from the fastlanetomillions forum will give you more time to post your interesting thoughts on this weblog. Hopefully we will see a higher frequency of posts here.

Thanks for keeping up the good work!

Too true - definitly having problems with slow people here. You give them very clear instructions of what to do, almost step by step. But then they come up with excuses why they cannot start doing it right now but they'll do their work next week for sure. The week after they'll ask for a meeting and a more detailed plan. I mean - what is this? I'm telling you, slow people can be a #1 factor for stress and anger!

Replace slow people as soon as you can!

The E-myth model is more of an extension of an already successful company.

In my world licensing and franchising comes in the end, not in the beginning. You need to have a proven concept first in order to entice licensees to go along with you.

And with proven concept I don't mean having billions in revenues, more of selling 10 to 20 products or services and then leverage on that. Creating an operating team and then have the company making an annual profit for at least 1 year. Then you will be able to apply Mr. Gerbers method much more simpler.
